I purchased this Breville model, based on the reviews here and it’s absolutely amazing. Thank you for your detailed review.
I have to admit that I was a little skeptical about this site, but after reading through a lot of the reviews here I saw that you didn’t really pull any punches. A lot of manufacturer variety too. The nicest thing is that you listed the good, the bad and the ugly along with the pros for each model – without being overly critical, I might add. We bought a Black and Decker model a few years ago, but it’s not working quite as well as it used to. The Breville model might be out next purchase.
We got this countertop oven as a wedding gift about a year ago. Makes awesome ribs dude! Put it on a low setting. About 250 degrees should do it. Bake for about 2.5 to 3 hours. Delish!
